About Us
Althaia is said to be the ancient name for Altea. A Greek word meaning "I heal" or "I cure."
For us, it's a way of making beer: with calm, with respect, and always seeking balance. We were born in the Mediterranean. Beers of the sea, of the sun, to enjoy, share, and live unhurriedly.
Althaia is also the encounter between Mayte and Jorge, and their love story... for beer. Since then, we make beer the way we live: unhurriedly, but with intention.
