There are corners of the marine abyss that can only be understood through poetry and music. Our Batiscafo is a specialty beer born from deep cultural inspiration: the mythical song "Batiscafo Katiuscas" by the Mallorcan band Antònia Font. "Monoplace bathyscaphe, your focus on the abyss of the unfathomable waters... Only you can fathom them." Complex, dark, and fascinating, this recipe is our own journey into the depths of flavor. We wanted to design a beer that emulated that planetary and introspective journey of the song, where "sunbeams cross marine blues." Brewed in close collaboration with the master artisans of Chocolates Pérez, the masterful touch of adding pure cocoa and a hint of sea salt from our environment acts as the bathyscaphe's spotlight: it illuminates the palate, masterfully intensifies the roasted notes, and creates a deep and massive sensory experience.
