For Cervezas Althaia, each and every one of the beers we brew are special beers. Our entire production is made with great care and passion for quality craft beer. And with our philosophy and commitment to brewing ethical, 100% natural beers using product-friendly techniques.
But today we're going to talk about some beers that, in addition to being special, are unrepeatable.
Althaia's UNREPEATABLE Beers
UNREPEATABLE is a line of beers brewed uniquely and in limited editions. In creating this line, we have collaborated with other craft brewers, friends with whom we share the same philosophy in beer production; passion for craft production and respect throughout the process.
As always, at Cervezas Althaia, we like to tell a story in each of our creations. In this case, for the UNREPEATABLE beers, we were inspired by sea monsters, legends, and fantasies from the deepest parts of the seas, because without water there would be no beer, nor life.
Additionally, we were fortunate to collaborate with local designer Pau Urios on the designs, and the result couldn't have been better.

RYÜJIN
We collaborated with our friends from Cervezas Alegría to create this Sour style beer with red berries. Ryujin "gluten-free" is sour, sweet, and refreshing, with lactic aromas enhanced by raspberries and red berries. It has a soft red color and a light, persistent pink foam. A sour beer that will refresh your palate with every sip.
JÖRMUNDGANDER
Jörmundgander is a craft beer in the American West Coast IPA style. A bitter and resinous ale. It is strong and dry, with hops playing a prominent role in the bitterness. The aromas have resinous and piney characteristics that are intense and structured, well-balanced, with a minimal malt profile. A craft beer with a flavor as special as its name.
CTHULHU
We brewed this craft beer in collaboration with our fellow brewers from La Quince.
Cthulhu is a craft beer in the Nitro Chilli Smoked Stout style. A harmonious combination of the roasted notes of dark malts, smoky notes, and the spiciness of chili. It has a dark brown color, with a cinnamon-colored foam that is dense and persistent thanks to the nitrogen injection. A great recipe if you dare to try something truly different.
KRAKEN
Brewed in collaboration with our colleagues from Lluna Cerveses Bio.
Kraken is a Baltic Porter style beer, traditional from the Baltic Sea countries, which originated as an indigenous and bottom-fermented version of imported English beers such as Brown or Imperial Stouts. A dark, complex, and malty lager with flavors and aromas reminiscent of blackcurrants and dark fruits, as well as caramel and nutty notes from its deep roast. It has a dark brown and somewhat opaque color with a thick and persistent cinnamon-colored foam. Dare to try an intense, dark, and mysterious beer.
LEVIATÁN
We created this recipe in collaboration with our colleagues from Castello Beer Factory.
Leviatán is a Hazy IPA style beer with a hop flavor and aroma, fruity, citrusy, and a very creamy and smooth mouthfeel, leaving the bitterness in the background. It has a cloudy appearance, like fruit juice, due to the use of oats and wheat, with a dense and creamy foam and a golden yellow color. With this craft beer, you will enjoy unexpected tropical fruit aromas and swirls of hops that will descend down your throat for a unique tasting experience.
