We found a hot chocolate beer recipe, the famous "boozy hot chocolate" at floating kitchen, and we tried it with SIDAMA. The result couldn't be more explosive, chocolate with a hint of coffee and beer... You have to try it!

Ingredients:
1 bottle of SIDAMA
500 ml of milk
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp cinnamon powder
4 ounces dark chocolate
1 tbsp sugar
2 heaped tablespoons of vanilla ice cream
Preparation:
In a pot or saucepan over medium heat, reduce the beer by half. Once reduced, set aside.
Separately, simmer the chocolate over low heat.
In a saucepan, heat the milk without boiling, add the cocoa powder, chocolate, and sugar, whisking until everything is well mixed and smooth. Add the reduced beer and remove from heat.
Place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in each cup, then pour the hot chocolate over the ice cream.
