We, Mayte and Jorge, the initiators of this adventure, met in Alicante. Mayte traveled to the city to carry out a project in the wine world and tried Jorge's craft beers. He confessed to her that his dream was to be able to make a living doing what he loved most, making beer. And Mayte, after trying what Jorge made (his beers, among other things), didn't think twice and took the plunge, embarking on this project based on a passion for quality craft beer.

We created this craft beer in collaboration with our colleagues from Castelló Beer Factory, in search of an IPA with a marked hop character, yet silky and fruity at the same time.
Leviathan is a HAZY IPA type beer, with a hop flavor and aroma, fruity, citrusy, and a very creamy and smooth character on the palate, leaving bitterness in the background. It has a hazy, fruit juice-like appearance, due to the use of oats and wheat, with a dense and creamy foam and a golden yellow color.
Kraken is a Baltic Porter style craft beer. Lluna and Althaia have joined forces to revive this traditional beer style from the Baltic Sea countries. It is a dark, full-bodied and malty lager with flavors and aromas reminiscent of blackcurrants and dark fruits with notes of caramel and nuts from its deep roasting. Dark brown and somewhat opaque with a thick, persistent cinnamon-colored head.
We brewed this beer together with our fellow brewers from La Quince. We were looking for a truly different recipe, and we achieved it.
Cthulhu is a Nitro Chilli Smoked Stout style beer, a harmonious combination of the roasted notes of dark malts, smoky hints, and the spiciness of chili. It has a dark brown color, with a cinnamon-colored foam, dense and persistent thanks to the nitrogen injection.
