We love craft beer! And we love making it, experimenting, and creating new flavor combinations that allow us to enjoy moments with friends, family, summer afternoons, and after-work outings even more.
And our new creation was born from a collaboration with the Brew & Roll brewery (Pamplona), which won the award for best new brewery at the Barcelona Beer Challenge 2017.
This is an exclusive edition; only 450 liters have been produced, and there will be barely 550 bottles of this beer, which will be named COSTA ESTE, referring to its style and the place where it was brewed: our factory in Altea.

- A more moderate bitterness, due to very little or no hops being added during the boil. High amounts of hops are used in the whirlpool and in dry hopping, meaning after the boil with the heat turned off and when fermentation is complete.
- Predominance of citrus and fruity hops in the aroma, achieved with lots and lots of hops added at the end of the boil and/or whirlpool and multiple additions also during fermentation and maturation.
- Full body and silkiness in the mouth and a characteristic hazy appearance. To achieve this creamy texture in the production of this type of beer, oats or wheat, or in our case both grains, are added.
Currently, IPAs remain the trendy beer style and probably the most consumed among craft enthusiasts, and New England IPAs, NEIPAs, have come to stay.
Brew&Roll is an idea made real by passionate craft beer enthusiasts, the four horsemen of the “abirralipsis,” as they call themselves. A collaboration we are very proud of, and the result has been a very exclusive beer: COSTA ESTE.
