Many of you are familiar with the enthusiasm for collaborations in the craft beer world. It's something we enjoy doing for many reasons; the natural habitat of brewers is making beer. We feel comfortable and energized among fermenters and kettles, and we develop our skills. Having a colleague by our side who shares the same enthusiasm is magical. You learn, have fun, and create something unique from the symbiosis between you.
This time, we went to Galicia, a magical land full of beer lovers. Yesterday, February 8th, we were at the facilities of In Peccatum Craft Beer in Ourense to make a very special beer, trying to blend the best of East and West.
