BROWN ALE, our most awarded beer with the most intense flavor

BROWN ALE, nuestra cerveza más premiada con el sabor más intenso

Brown Ale is one of those beers that pleases both the eye and the palate. Its name comes from its toasted color, as "brown" refers to a chestnut or brown color in English, and it originates from the British Brown Ale style, as these types of beers have a long history in Great Britain. Its beautiful, bright, and crystalline amber color invites you to try it.

It is a beer that captivates with its contrasts of bitterness and maltiness. On the nose, aromas of caramel, toasted almonds, or bitter cocoa stand out. On the palate, it is a beer with elegant freshness where the flavors of the malt prevail over the bitterness of the hops, which takes a back seat to balance and delight us with aromas of nuts and chocolate.

The recipe for this beer contains four different types of malt: Vienna, Chocolate, Crystal, and Munich, and two types of hops: Perle and Hersbrucker. Of course, to make it perfect, it's ideal to find relatively hard mineral water and accompany it with the other essential ingredient, yeast.

Its alcohol content is 5.3% and 21 IBUs, International Bitter Unit. The IBU is a number that denotes the characteristic bitterness of the beer given by the hops. The higher the IBUs, the more bitter the beer will be.

If you still haven't tried our Brown Ale, we recommend pairing it with strong or spicy meats, smoked foods in general, and aged cheeses. It also goes perfectly with sweets and nuts.

You'll fall in love with it!
