It seems that with good weather, energy and good plans flow around us. Starting tomorrow, Thursday, June 29, and until Sunday, July 2, we will be at the Mercado de Tapinería with the celebration of the "Beer & Clóchina's Party." And it's a plan we love because the Valencian Brewers Association and the Valencian Mussel Farmers Association have agreed to promote the pairing of two authentic local gourmet products: craft beers and mussels.
Bierwinkel is organizing this first Beer & Clóchina's Party, which will feature 4 giant paellas in the square where the mussels will be cooked, which we can taste while enjoying a craft beer to the rhythm of live music, jazz concerts, and DJs.
And Althaia artesana will be there, of course, to accompany and complement this perfect pairing with Valencian mussels.
The bars will have popular prices, the perfect excuse to come and help break the record for consumption of Valencian mussels accompanied by Mi Cub Sauce: a secret sauce specially prepared for the occasion, inspired by Valencian, Belgian, and French recipes.
